Thomas Edward Mitchell, 66, Kingston, formerly of Fulton, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. He was a member of Constantia Masonic Lodge in New York.

Tom was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the U. S. Air Force. He retired from Syracuse University after 25 years of service as a boiler maker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Pauline Mitchell of Fulton, N.Y.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Marlene Mitchell; children and spouses, Tina and Breck Vest, Winn and Tina Cook, Todd and Donna Cook; grandchildren, Melissa Thurman, Alicia Vest, Cheyenne Vest, Tosha Cook, Rachel Cusick and husband, TY; great-grandson, Braylon Alan Cusick; sister and brother-in-law, Shirlee and Gary Loser and cousin, Gary Kimball.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Vest officiating. Full military honors will be conferred by the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard.
