Elizabeth "Betty" L. LaRose, 92, Lenoir City, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at the home of her daughter Mary Sawa.

She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Betty was a devoted and loving wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by parents, John and Louise Ringer, husband, Tom LaRose, and son-in-law, Peter Sarasohn.

Betty is survived by sons, James (Jeanette) LaRose, John (Tara) LaRose; daughters, Patricia Sarasohn, Denise (Stephen) Ramsey, and Mary (Steve) Sawa; 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Amedisys Hospice, 665 New Highway 68, Sweetwater, TN 37874. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City with the funeral mass to follow at 11 a.m.
