Torald E. Mundal, 70, of Loudon passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Torald was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Farragut.

He was retired from CP Air and a former employee of Whirlpool.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Mundal, and parents, Torald and Asta Mundal.
He is survived by his companion, Marjorie Manning; children, Jay Mundal and wife, Teresa of Knoxville, Jeff Mundal of Loudon, Jill Shuter and husband, Josh of Chicago, Ill., and grandchildren, Taylor, Tatum and Ainsley.

The family received friends from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday in the Faith Lutheran Church Chapel, 239 Jamestown Blvd, Farragut. Memorial services followed at 7 p.m. with Dr. Robert Stelter officiating.
