Frankie Harris Duggins, 92, Lenoir City passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at the Parkwest Medical Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church Lenoir City and Clionian Literary Club. Frankie was the former office manager for her husband, Dr. Robert Duggins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert L. Duggins; father, Will T. Harris; mother, Mattie S. Harris; sisters, Margaret McNeilly, Gerrie Wood and Billie Harris.
She is survived by her special nieces and caretakers, Debbie Hyde and Patricia Frankenberg; nieces, Kimberly McClamrock and Brenda Grippin; and nephew, Don McNeilly.
