Denise Marie Kiser, 48, of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly Friday, Dec. 7, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Patricia Russell. She is survived by her husband, Troy Kiser; children, Amanda and Matthew Kiser; grandchildren, Haleigh Conant and Brayden Kiser; brothers, Robbie and Brian Russell along with several nieces and nephews.
