Julia Hill Duncan Strange

Julia Hill Duncan Strange, 94, of Cleveland, formerly of Lenoir City and Gatlinburg, passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. She was a member of Dixie Lee Baptist Church where she was a church clerk under the Rev. Doyle Suits. Julia formerly worked in a Scandinavian Shop in Gatlinburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Strange, and parents, Terelius and Samuella Bolinger Duncan. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Jane Strange of Cleveland; brother, Fred R. Duncan of Bell, Calif.; granddaughter, Jennifer Collins of Birchwood, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Eddie Click officiating. A private burial will be held in Lenoir City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the American Heart Association.
