Homer Melvin Williams, 75, Lenoir City, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012.

Melvin was a retired employee of Southern Railways, member of West Broadway Baptist Church and Member of Avery Lodge #593 F&AM.

He was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Edna Mae Glass Williams.

He is survived by wife of 51 years, Elizabeth Watts Williams; sons and spouses, Bryan and Lori Williams, Kingston, Mike and Laura Williams of Philadelphia, and Dewayne and Lea Ann Williams of Lenoir City; four grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, Katelyn and Joey Williams; step-grandchildren, Blake, Lea and Shane Henry. Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Sunday at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Gamble and the Rev. Frank Weaver officiating. Interment will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Corinth Cemetery.
