Annie Elizabeth Luttrell Price, 88, Lenoir City, passed away April 19, 2013 at the home of her daughter.
Elizabeth was a member of the Church of God and taught Sunday school and worked in the church for many years.
She was often asked to pray for others and had a daily prayer life and Bible reading. She always put God first in her life, Proverbs 31.
Elizabeth was born with cerebral palsy but never let it hold her back. She was still able to walk with the help of a walker until she was 87 years old, even though doctors told her she would be in a wheelchair at an early age.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mart Price; grandson, Waylon Bradley Mealer; parents, Aubrey and Nessie Luttrell, and brothers, Roy, Jim and Arnold Luttrell.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Harold Hall; granddaughter, Rachel Hartline and husband, Mickey; great-grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth and Tripp Bradley Hartline; sister, Rosemary Calloway of Loudon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Barbara Luttrell of Lenoir City, Bob and Sue Luttrell, John and Margaret Luttrell all of Knoxville; many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Peter Stimpson and his staff who took care of her for many years and Home Health Care of East Tennessee, Hospice and personal care givers, Jennifer McNabb and Melody Shaver.
