Bettie Louise Fife-Jacobs (maiden name)-Proctor-Robinson-Winters was born Oct. 11, 1934 and passed away Feb. 15, 2013. Survived by her sons, Kenneth D. Proctor, Robert L. Proctor and Samuel T.A. Robinson; sister family, Leverna and Kelly McNabb and the Holy family of the South Park Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held, 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
