Pennie Williams Perry, 63, Knoxville, passed away suddenly Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at her home. She formerly worked as a caretaker for AGAPE.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Williams.

She is survived by her son, Yugo Vance and wife, Jackie, of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Danielle, Caleb, Cameron and Little Yugo; mother, Peggy Williams, of Knoxville; brothers, Donald Williams and Larry Williams; several nieces and nephews.
