Joe Eblen Arwood, 72, of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013. He was a loving uncle who had many friends throughout the community. Joe helped build the former Atomic Speedway where he worked for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Effie Eblen Arwood. He is survived by his brothers, Clyde Arwood of Lenoir City, Troy Arwood and wife, Judy of Kingston, Lloyd Arwood Jr. and wife, JoAnn of Lenoir City; sisters, Bernice Speers and Jane Matlock, both of Lenoir City; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City and also at their convenience. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m.
