Ralph Glen Lovelace, 69, Lenoir City, passed away at his home on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.
He was an employee of CVS CareMark and former employee of Pay Cash/Schrivner warehouse. Ralph was a member of Kingston Pike Baptist Church where he was active in the children’s department.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Kate Hamilton Lovelace; brother and sister-in-law, Roy C. and Hazel Lovelace; and brothers-in-law, Howard Hart and William Smith.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years and best friend, Barbara Powell Lovelace; sisters, Ernestine Smith and Virginia Hart; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Billy and Shirley Powell; special nieces and nephews and their families: Tony and Judy Hart, Jean Hart Calloway, Tim and Tammy Hart, Gary and Ann Hart, Joe Hart, Doris and Denny Paul, Shannon and Marsha Lovelace, Geraldine Johnston, Diane and Sandy McDaniel, Betsy and Gary Johnson, Becky Powell and Ahmed Abdelrahman, Billy Ray and Missy Powell.
The family received friends from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at Kingston Pike Baptist Church in Lenoir City with funeral services to follow at 6 p.m.
Family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services. Nieces and nephews will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.
