Bobby Joe "Billy" Kilby, 71, Lenoir City, passed away Saturday morning, Jan. 12, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Likes Kilby; parents, Andrew Jack Kilby and Irene White Runyan; brothers, Jay Will Kilby, Jackie Ray Kilby Sr., Burwell Franklin Kilby and Kenneth Kilby; and sister, Shirley Kilby Roach.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Paula Kilby and her partner, Charles Keller; cousins, David and Flossie Shelton; special friends, William Gwinn, Teresa McMillan and Tatiana Cox; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends from 1-2 p.m. Monday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City with funeral services following at 2 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev Jimmy Pellom officiated.
