Charles Edwin Brewer, 72, Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at his home. 

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Lenoir City Church of Christ. He was retired from American Bakery after 30 years of service. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bufford and Marie Horton Brewer; a brother, David Brewer; and sisters, Elizabeth Woody and Sue Taylor. 

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Summitt Brewer; sons, Craig Brewer, Keith Brewer and wife, Melody, all of Lenoir City; granddaughters, Alyssa Brewer and Caroline Parrish; sister, Linda Neal of Harriman; and several nieces and nephews. 

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services followed at 8 p.m. with Kirk Sessions officiating. Family and friends gathered at the funeral home by 10:30 a.m. Saturday and proceeded to Loudon County Memorial Gardens for graveside services at 11 a.m. Military honors were conferred by the Loudon County Sheriff's Office.
