James Ray Scarbrough, 68, Lenoir City, passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012 at his home. He was a retired school bus driver and heat and air repairman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Nora Bell Black Scarbrough; brother, Bill Scarbrough; and step-son, James Bunch.

He is survived by his son, Mike Scarbrough and wife, Legina; daughter, Lori Nowlin; step-daughter, Jodi Branum and husband, Sammy; grandchildren, T.J., Ciera, Aydin, Coy and Lilly; step-grandchildren Samuel and Jayden; brothers, Bob, Clarence and Carl Scarbrough; sister, Edith; former spouse and caretaker, Janice Scarbrough; and caregiver Jacob Miller.

The family received friends Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Forgiveness Baptist Church in Lenoir City.
