Donald Dean Bevins, 74, Tellico Village Community, Loudon, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29,  2012.  
He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Berns Bevins and parents, Samuel and Marie Bevins.  
He is survived by his sons, Michael Bevins of Surfside, S.C. and Daniel Bevins of Joliet, Ill.; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Ronald Bengston of Arizona; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  
The family received friends 11-noon Tuesday at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.  A funeral mass followed at  noon with Father Christian Mathis officiating.
