Kenneth White, 93, Loudon, passed away Saturday morning, Sept. 22, 2012 at Loudon Healthcare Center. Kenneth was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II and a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Goldie White; his son, Kenneth Harold White and all eight of his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Dan and Pat White of Loudon, Joe and Frances White of Knoxville, Doris White of Lenoir City; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services followed at 7 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Taylor Adams officiating.
Family and friends gathered at the funeral home by 10:30 Wednesday morning and proceeded for graveside services and interment in the Lakeview Cemetery at 11 a.m. Military honors were conferred by the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard.
