William Kenneth Packett

William Kenneth Packett, 82, of Lenoir City, passed away Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 at the Loudon Healthcare Center.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa K. Packett; parents, William Taft Packett Sr. and Gladys Dunlap Packett; sisters, Marcelene Smith and Billie Welch and brothers, James Packett and Tommy Packett.

Survived by his children, Teresa, Angie, Billy and Eugene, all of North Carolina; sisters, Phyllis Simpson, Linda Robinette and Bessie Branch, all of Lenoir City, and Mary Underwood of Lenoir City; brothers, Jack Packett of Lenoir City and Bill Packett of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family received friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Memorial services followed at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Eddie Click officiating.
