Stephen Douglas Lyle, 53, Loudon, passed away Friday, Sept, 7, 2012. Steve was a member of Loudon United Methodist Church.

He was a graduate of Loudon High School Class of 1977. Steve was a loving brother and friend. A good neighbor in the truest sense of the word, always ready to lend a hand to anyone who was in need.

He is survived by his daughter, Hannah Lyle; parents, Doug and Pauline Lyle, Loudon; brother and sister-in-law, Sam and Tammy Lyle, Midway; sister and brother in-law, Mary Helen and Steve Joiner, Loudon; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service was held 4 p.m. Sunday at McGill-Karnes Chapel with the Rev. Walt Simmerman officiating.
