Our RSS Feeds Our feeds are normally updated in the afternoons, Monday through Friday unless there is a breaking news story.
What is RSS? RSS is a quick and easy way for you to browse the headlines of your favorite sites. It is a format for syndicating news and content from web site. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or RDF site summary. Put simply, RSS basically allows you to view a feed of stories or posts that are on a web site. The reader will format the feed so it is displays legibly. The reader will also allow you to display more than one feed on a page. Some readers can be downloaded to your desktop and some can be hosted on the Web. How do I get a reader? Here are some commonly used RSS readers:
