The Loudon County primary elections take place May 4, 2010. The general election for the county is set for Aug. 5, followed by the state, Lenoir City, Loudon and Greenback on Nov. 2. Is it too early for local politicians to begin campaigning?
Candidates shouldn't campaign at all.
They should at least wait until next year.
Some campaigning is fine now, in moderation.
Candidates need to get their messages out as soon as possible.
